Well, this month has been the busiest month this year so far... my monthly turnaround has gone beyond anything you can imagine. Just hoping that it doesn't bounce back into my face the next month or so. Whatever, I have had, as I mentioned, quite a busy month and one of the new 'exiting' clients was Tefal, with their two 'new way's of cooking yourself a healthy meal' machines... The Tefal ActiFry, which is in fact a small an yet very useful kinda hot-air-oven and which does in fact 'fry' your Fench fries without having to soak them in a litre or two of oil first! It even makes a very good home made forrest-fruit-jam, again of course in this case, without using any oil at all!
That was really fantastic, but they also introduced a new 'steam-cooker' called the 'Vita-cuisine'....
And to be able to understand what you can do with such an amazing apliance, a recipe bookled is needed and that's where Passion for Food and HAL158 come in... fasten your seatbelts, because these recipes were not made by Passion for food but by a selected group of 'home-cookers'... following the first recipe of 'steam-cooked-lasagna' brought us this.... (please do not laugh out loud)...
We were not convinced that this was the way to cook your undoubtedly incredible healthy home made and home steamed chicken-bean-tomato lasagne... but we did have fun preparing it.... In the booklet you will find an other picture of course... It'll be something more like this ...

All is well that ends well... we did make six very tasty and no doubt healthy vita-meals with the help of this new machine, the 'Vita-Cuisine' ...
